Sarah RVT, CCRVT

Raised in an environment that celebrated the bond between humans and animals, her childhood laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for the well-being of our furry companions.

At the age of 12, Sarah's journey into the world of veterinary care began in a rather unique way—through the local auction mart. Utilizing her babysitting money, she purchased her horse, Breeze. This equine companion became her teacher, imparting invaluable lessons about the profound bond between humans and animals.

Today, Breeze remains a cherished member of her family, symbolizing the enduring connection that sparked Sarah's passion.

Sarah's commitment to her passion extended beyond her initial education at SIAST Kelsey Campus.

Seeking to deepen her expertise, she pursued advanced studies at Chi University, becoming a certified Canine Rehabilitation Technologist. This additional qualification reflects her dedication to staying at the forefront of veterinary care practices.

Sarah has over a decade of hands-on experience as a Registered Veterinary Technologist in general practice.  As the co-owner of Bridge City Veterinary Rehab, Sarah is proud to support rehabilitation and general practice veterinary services in Saskatoon.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah's life is enriched by her diverse family, both human and animal. Rosie the cat, JJ the Axolotl, and the fish duo Fred and Steve bring joy and companionship.

At home, she is a proud mother to two adorable boys, Rhett and Brock. Weekends are dedicated to quality time with her husband Jordan, blending moments of activity, including running, yoga, and horseback riding, with the simple joys of snuggling at home with the boys and their beloved pets.

As Sarah envisions the future, her commitment to veterinary care remains unwavering. Fueled by her personal experiences and the enduring lessons learned from Breeze, she aims to continue making a positive impact in the world of veterinary medicine.
